Employee Performance Report User Manual

Introduction

The Employee Performance Report in GoFreight enables managers to assess their team's performance by tracking key operational metrics. This report provides valuable insights into the number of shipments handled, invoices created, and other performance indicators over a specified period.

  • General Manager

  • Operation Manager
  • Sales Manager
  • Accounting Manager
  • Accounting

Accessing the Employee Performance Report

To generate an Employee Performance Report, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Report module.
  2. Select Employee Performance Report from the left-side navigation bar.

Setting Report Conditions

Before generating the report, configure the necessary conditions:

Selecting Date Type and Period

  • Choose the desired Date Type in the 'Period' field:
    • Shipment’s Post Date
    • Shipment’s On-Board Date (ensure accurate input in Ocean Export files)
    • Shipment’s Port Cut-off Date (ensure accurate input in Ocean Export files)
    • Shipment’s Create Date
  • Select a time period for analysis:
    • Last Month
    • As of Today
    • Custom Period (e.g., June 4th to June 8th)

Selecting Office

  • If using a single office, it is selected by default.
  • If using multiple offices, the default selection is "All," but it can be changed for targeted analysis.

Selecting Output Format

  • Choose Data Sheet to preview the report before downloading.
  • Select the relevant Shipping Type (e.g., Ocean Import, Air Import, etc.).
  • Click View to generate the report preview.

Understanding the Report

  • The first column displays team member names.
  • The second column represents the module (e.g., Ocean and Air).
  • Common module abbreviation examples:
    • OIM: Ocean Import Master Bill of Lading
    • OIH: Ocean Import House Bill of Lading
    • AIM: Air Import Master Air Waybill
    • AIH: Air Import House Air Waybill
  • The numerical values indicate the count of shipments created by each operations team member.
  • Example: If an employee named Ron created two Master BLs (Master Bill of Ladings) and one House BL (House Bill of Lading) in Ocean Import within the selected period, these figures will be reflected in the report.

Downloading the Report

  1. Under 'Output Format', choose PDF/Excel.
  2. Click View again to open the print preview.
  3. Choose to:
    • Download the report as a PDF
    • Export the report as an Excel file
    • Print a hard copy
