  2. Locate the Released Date checkbox.
  3. Check the box to mark the shipment as released.
  4. The system will automatically populate today’s date.
  5. If necessary, click on the date field to modify it using the calendar.
  6. Click Save to confirm the changes.

Updating Freight Release in HBL

  1. Navigate to the HBL section.
  2. Locate the Freight Released checkbox.
  3. Check the box to mark the shipment as released.

Note: In the HBL, if you select No for Express B/L, you must check OBL Received before you can select Freight Released. If OBL Received is not checked, the Freight Released checkbox will be grayed out.

Filtering Released Shipments

Users can filter shipments based on their freight release status within both the MBL and HBL lists.

Filtering Shipments in HBL List, as an example

  1. Navigate to the HBL List.
  2. Click on FILTER.
  3. Locate the Frt. Release Date (Freight Release Date) filter. Note: In the MBL List, please use the Release Date as a filter.
  4. Select a specific time period or use the Quick Access options on the right-hand side.
  5. Click APPLY FILTERS to display the shipments that match the selected criteria.
