How to Block/Unblock a Payment?

Once you've created a payment in GoFreight, you have the option to block that payment, preventing any edits by yourself or others. If you need to unblock it later, follow the steps outlined below:

Note: Only users with the role of Accounting Manager or General Manager are permitted to unblock a payment by default.

  1. Navigate to the payment page and click on “Tools” > “Block” in the top right corner.

  2. In the pop-up message that appears, click on "Block". This action will block the payment as well as any associated invoices, making it impossible to revise them.

  3. If you wish to unblock the payment, return to the payment page and select “Tools” > “Unblock”.
