How to Generate a Consolidated Manifest

A Consolidated Manifest (or Cargo Manifest) is an essential document for air export shipments. It allows you to track each individual shipment within a consolidation or direct master shipments. This manifest includes important details such as the air waybill number, shipper, consignee, flight information, nature of goods, quantity, weight, and measurements.

Steps to Generate a Consolidated Manifest

Open the MAWB Section
- Navigate to the MAWB (Master Air Waybill) section of your air export shipment.
Access the “Tools” Menu
- Click the Tools button.
- From the drop-down menu, select Consolidated Manifest.
Preview the Manifest
- In the pop-up message, click on View to open the Consolidated Manifest preview page.
Choose Display Options
- Weight: Select whether to display the weight in gross weight or chargeable weight.
- Contact Information: Choose to display the phone number, fax number, and contact details of the shipper and consignee.
- Measurements: Opt to include the measurements of the shipments.
Review the Information
- Take a moment to review all the details to ensure accuracy.
Generate the Manifest
- Once confirmed, you can generate the Consolidated Manifest by:
  - Saving it as a PDF.
  - Printing the document.
  - Sending it via email through GoFreight.
Record-Keeping
- A copy of the cargo manifest will be automatically saved in the Doc Center of your MAWB for future reference.
