How to Reset Your Password
For security reasons, GoFreight does not retain the login password for your GoFreight user ID. Please make sure to keep your password safe.
If you forget your login password, please contact your Admin or General Manager user for assistance with resetting it. Alternatively, you can follow the steps below to reset your password on your own.
Step 1: Initiate Password Reset
- On the Login Screen, click the ‘Forgot Password?’ link.
Step 2: Enter Your Email Address
- Input the email address associated with your account.
- Click the ‘Reset My Password’ button.
Step 3: Confirm the Reset Request
- After submitting your email address, a pop-up window will appear with the message ‘Reset Password Email Sent’.
- Click the ‘Back to Login” button and wait for the email to arrive in your inbox.
Step 4: Check Your Email
- Open your email inbox and look for the password reset email sent by the GoFreight System.
- Click the link provided in the email to proceed with resetting your password.
Step 5: Set a New Password
- On the password reset page, enter your new password.
- Confirm the new password by re-entering it in the confirmation field.
- Click the ‘Reset Password’ button to save your changes.
- The password must be at least 10 characters long.
- The password cannot consist of numbers only.
Step 6: Final Confirmation
- A pop-up message will appear confirming that your password has been reset.
- Click ‘OK’ to complete the process.
You have now successfully reset your password and can log in to your GoFreight account using your new credentials.
