How to use the Dock Receipt List in Tracking Portal

You can access the page by clicking Warehouse > Dock Receipt List.  The Dock Receipt List allows you to track the reception of goods in real time. This feature is designed for warehouse partners to easily monitor and manage incoming shipments.

Note: This feature is disabled by default. If you need access, please contact the Operations team.

 

Page Overview

You will see several columns that display shipment and receiving information. 

  • Receiving Warehouse Name
    This column shows the name of the warehouse where the goods are received.
     
  • Number of Packages
    This displays the total number of packages received under the dock receipt.
     
  • Commodity Name
    This shows the type of goods or commodity description associated with the receipt.
     
  • B/L No. (Bill of Lading Number)
    This column lists the Bill of Lading number.
     
    • If you click on the B/L No., you will be redirected to the Shipment Status Tracking page. This allows you to monitor the status of the shipment during ocean or air transport.

       
  • Shipping Type
    This column displays the type of shipment (e.g., Ocean, Air).
     

  • Received Date
    This column records the exact date when the goods were received by the warehouse.
     


     

Customizing and Filtering Your View

You can adjust the Dock Receipt List to better fit your workflow using the tools in the top right corner of the page:

  • Config Button
     
    • Show or hide specific columns.
       
    • Reorder the columns to match your preferred viewing order.

       
  • Filter Button
     
    • Search for specific dock receipts by typing in keywords.
       
    • Narrow results by commodity name, shipping status (whether it has been shipped), shipping type, or received date.



 

These customization and filtering options allow you to quickly find the information you need while keeping your view organized.
