How to Use the Document Package Feature for Air Export Documents

The Document Package feature in GoFreight allows you to generate all required air export documents with just a few clicks. This feature is designed to save you time and streamline the process by grouping all necessary documents into a single file.

Benefits of Using Document Package

  • Quickly generate a complete set of air export-required documents.
  • Include essential documents such as the MAWB (Master Air Waybill) Export Manifest, MAWB print, HAWB print, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Security Endorsement.
  • If applicable, local invoices or credit/debit notes can also be included in the package.

Steps to Create a Document Package

    • In the MAWB section, click on the Tools button.
    • From the dropdown menu, select Document Package.
  3. Select the Documents:
    • In the pop-up window, choose the specific documents you wish to include in the package:
      • Click All to include all documents.
      • Alternatively, select individual documents from the list.
  4. Preview the Documents:
    • Click View to open the print preview page.
    • At the top of the preview page, you can use the dropdown menu to easily switch between documents and review each one in the package.
  5. Review and Modify:
    • Carefully review the content of each document.
    • Make any necessary changes before finalizing.
  6. Save, Print, or Email:
    • Once satisfied, you can either:
      • Save the package as a single PDF.
      • Print the documents.
      • Email the package to the relevant parties.
    • Important Note: Any changes made on the preview page will not be saved in the shipment's basic entry.
  7. Automatic Record-Keeping:
    • Once the Document Package is generated, it will be automatically saved in the Doc Center of your Master AWB for future reference and record-keeping purposes.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage multiple documents for your air export shipment, saving time while ensuring accurate and consistent documentation.
