Koverly Payment Portal on Invoice/Cost List

For Koverly Users

Clicking the Payment Portal button will redirect you to the Koverly portal, where you can complete your payment. The Payment Portal button is available in two sections of the system:

Pressing the Payment Portal button—whether from the Invoice Cost List or AP Entry—will redirect you to the Koverly portal for payment processing.

1. Will my selected AP invoices remain ticked when I go to the Koverly portal?

Our team is actively working on this feature, which will be available soon. Currently, if you need to process multiple AP invoices at once, we recommend clicking the Payment Portal button from GF. After being redirected to Koverly, you can manually select the invoices there.

 

2. What upcoming features can we expect for the Payment Portal button?

We are developing an enhancement where selected AP invoices will remain ticked after clicking the Payment Portal button. This will help you avoid duplicate work and save time.

3. Does this button support auto-reconciliation?

Yes! After successfully making a payment on Koverly, the Payment Made Entry will be automatically generated on the GF Payment Made List.

Important: This auto-reconciliation feature is not enabled by default. You must request activation during the Koverly onboarding process or contact Koverly Support at support@koverly.com

 

 

 

For Non-Koverly Users

The Payment Portal button will appear greyed out and unclickable. In addition to the Learn More option, you will see a Contact Us button.

Clicking Contact Us will connect you with our Customer Success Manager for further assistance.

I’m not ready to use Koverly yet. Can I hide the Payment Portal button or revert to the old interface?

Unfortunately, there is currently no option to hide the Payment Portal button or revert to the previous interface.
