Quotation Status

The GoFreight Quotation feature offers eight status types to help your Sales team track the progress of each quotation. These statuses can be updated either manually or automatically through system triggers.

Status	Support Automation	Automation Trigger
	V	Draft → Sent Triggered when an email is successfully sent. Reference: How to generate quotations?
	V	Draft → Won Triggered when a shipment/booking/invoice is created from the quotation. Sent → Won Triggered when a shipment/booking/invoice is created from the quotation. Reference: How to create an AR Invoice from an Existing Quotation? How to create a new shipment from an Existing Quotation?
	V	Expired Automatically applied when the quotation validity period ends. Please note that the expiration status only updates once a day. (Please find details in the Note below.)

Note: 

The GoFreight system will automatically scan the Valid Date in Basic Information and Valid Date in Freight Rate once a day.
